Make your own Kaleidocycle

New friend of DudeCraft, Ann Maria, directed me to this fun little bit of math craft. Her words:

"You upload four of your own photos. We slice, dice and stretch them onto a triangular grid. You download the file, print, score, cut, fold and glue. Presto! You have a fun toy or a great present for your friends. We have complete directions in slideshow form.

A kaleidocycle is a ring of pyramids that can be turned in on itself endlessly. We have versions made of six and eight pyramids. Kaleidocycles have some seriously geeky math cred behind them, but we focus on how much fun they are to make and play with."

Thanks Ann Maria! link
