Inspired by Linda Permann's button tutorial over on Craftstylish, I altered the design, came up with a stitching pattern, and worked up some of these button coasters this past weekend. If you'd like to make a square coaster, I highly recommend Linda's tutorial. If you'd like to make the DudeCraft version, I'd be happy to draw up the stitching diagram for those who are interested.

ReplyDeleteBeauty!!
ReplyDeleteThanks Ellen!
ReplyDeleteThere's something about your pattern that evokes Star Wars for me, the original trilogy, not the pabulum that came after.
ReplyDeleteNext...Tie fighter button coasters! Thanks Malckie.
ReplyDeleteYes I want the stitching pattern! These are incredible. They would be great in a variety of color patterns
ReplyDeleteI'll draw up the pattern this weekend.
