The 35 Year San Francisco Toothpick Project


Scott Weaver started his interpretive version of the City by the Bay over 35 years ago (when he was in 4th grade!!). The enormous and entirely improvised piece consists of over a million toothpicks and includes a ping-pong ball racetrack that weaves its way through the entire sculpture. Amazing. Yeah, the one's that are solid seem way more manageable, but I love how rickety this one looks!
