Your Parents Have Issues

When I was a kid, there was this Jonah and the Whale exhibit at Children's Fairyland in Oakland where you could go inside the whale's mouth. It scared the crap out of me. Either the kid who's bedroom this is has a much stronger constitution than little dudecraft had, or they should start saving up for future therapy sessions now.

  1. oh my! that is a scary bed. i wonder if it was the kid's idea or the parents'? if it was the parents, then yeah, i'm sensing some underlying issues! : )

  2. my parents took me to see jaws at the drive in when i was little. sick, i tell you!

this bedroom is pretty cool in concept and creation, but i agree, it's a pretty scary idea to sleep in a dino's angry mouth!!

  3. Giggling my head off over here! That bed is both terrifying and extremely excellent.

  4. Yikes! I couldn't sleep in that, and I'm a full-grown adult. Whether the kid asked for it or not, there are bound to be repercussions for the one who stays awake all night/sleeps there.

  7. Very cool and clever, but scary as all-getout! There was a giant sculpture of a orange that I felt similarly about. Sure that the two halves would close up and squash me! And this thing has teeth!

  8. So fabulous! I'd totally sleep there. I'd figure that any baddies coming to get me would be scared off by my buddy, the T-Rex, and his BIG teeth. The tongue-red sheets are bah-rilliant!
