Dudecraft on the Road!

Hey People, I'm in Savannah, GA this week, soaking up the scenery and seeking out the unusual. I hope to bring some of it here to you. To that end, and in the spirit of super-cheesy roadside attractions, today I bring you...South of the Border. Of course, we're talking about the NC/SC border here, not the Mexican one, but that doesn't stop them from featuring a jolly little stereotype named Pedro as their mascot and plastering their billboards with hilarious puns like the one for their hot dog stand, which reads: "You never sausage a place! You're always a wiener at Pedro's"

Quality stuff, to be sure.

  1. Awesome! Oh I want a road trip, Woking (uk) is so uneventful, although we do have a war of the worlds sculpture, but it doesn't have the colour or 'pop' that Pedro has... :)
