Motoi Yamamoto Amazes Again!

Over a year ago, I featured artist Motoi Yamamoto's work here on DudeCraft. He continues to be one of my favorite artists out there, especially his works made from salt. There's something very calming about these pieces. They remind me of the mandalas that Tibetan monks make. Beautiful. More here.

  1. The salt installations are almost like a form of meditation. Practicing patience, being still, calm and being aware of your movements while doing this. Too cool though and my favorite installation he's done with salt is the cherry blossom petals. Thanks for the post!!

  2. The designs on the floor in front of the mountain scape remind me of Keith Haring's stuff.
