LEGO Bike

The mad geniuses at Brickapolis Sean Kenney is the mad genius behind this life-sized LEGO bicycle build. Pretty incredible, eh? This from Sean:
"I'm Sean Kenney, the artist that created this LEGO bike at a public event earlier this month.

I've explained more about the sculpture, why I created it, how kids helped, and have a lot more photos on my web site.

... And as for "how many prototypes" ... just one! I made a half-scale bike (3 feet long) to wrap my head around the physics of it all before creating the full-size one at the event."

note: My profuse apologies to Sean for misattributing someone else as the creators of this awesome machine. Glad I could put things right.

  1. As a daily reader of Dudecraft, I was shocked to see myself on your site!

I'm Sean Kenney, the artist that created this LEGO bike at a public event earlier this month. (Brickapolis is merely one of many people who attended the public event and photographed me building it.)

I'd appreciate it if you updated your post with some of the corrected information. Thanks!
